1. What exactly do you sell on your e-shop?

We specialize in selling finished design and functional products created using 3D printing technology. In our offer, you will find articulated figures (such as a dragon or axolotl), keychains, and other accessories. We focus exclusively on end products and custom manufacturing; we do not sell 3D printers, filaments, or spare parts for printers.

2. What material are your products made of?

The vast majority of our products are printed from PLA (polylactide). This is a more eco-friendly variant of plastic made from biodegradable resources, such as corn or potato starch. For lamps and other selected products, we use the more durable PETG. For custom manufacturing, we also commonly use technical materials like PACF (carbon fiber filled nylon), ASA, flexible TPU, and others.

3. How should I care for 3D printed products?

Since the base material, PLA, is sensitive to high temperatures, do not expose the products to temperatures exceeding 60 °C for prolonged periods. For example, do not leave them behind the window of a closed car in summer, in direct sunlight, or close to a heater – this could cause them to deform. A soft, damp cloth is sufficient for regular cleaning.

4. Are the articulated figures suitable for children?

The articulated figures are not for playing. They can be perfectly used as an anti-stress tool (fidget), but they are not a toy and have not been tested as toys. For this reason, and also due to the small connected parts, they are not intended for children under 14 years of age.

5. Do you also provide custom manufacturing or tailored modifications?

Yes, we offer complete custom manufacturing and 3D modeling. If you have a specific request, your own model to print, or if you would like one of our products professionally and thoroughly hand-painted, just reach out to us via our contacts.

6. How long does order delivery take?

Due to the large number of products, color variants, and sizes, we are unable to keep everything in stock. However, we have a sufficiently large print farm at our disposal so that, despite ongoing prints, we can start production on the very day of the order. We standardly dispatch orders within 24 to 48 hours depending on the number of items. For specific custom manufacturing or special custom painting, we will agree on the delivery date individually based on the complexity.
