Shipping and Payment

Shipping We currently partner primarily with the company Packeta, which offers delivery to your address, a pick-up point, or a parcel locker. Another option is the carrier DPD, where you can also choose delivery to a pick-up point or directly to your address. Furthermore, the carrier GLS is also available.

Payment Payments are processed for us by the company Comgate through their payment gateway. You can choose from the following options:

• Cash on delivery (surcharge €2)

• Credit / Debit card payment

• Payment via Apple Pay or Google Pay

• Online bank transfers

Custom Manufacturing For custom manufacturing, the payment method is handled individually:

• Advance payment by agreement.

• Payment via proforma invoice: 50% in advance and 50% upon completion before shipping, or sent via cash on delivery.

• For long-term cooperation, invoicing with a due date can be arranged.

This flexible system allows us to ensure a smooth purchasing and production process tailored to your needs.
